Our One Hour In Tg.Aru Beach!

Did I ever mention here that I had lost my DSLR SD Memory Card? So sad, I'd lost all of our unsaved pictures especially 'Aaron's Turn 2 Years Elmo Birthday Theme' pictures.. I know this is OT (out topic) but after losing it, I started to re-checked my Hardisk, just to reconfirm what pictures we managed to save.

So, to cut this short, I stumbled upon this family pictures taken last year, to be exact taken last year October at Tg. Aru Beach just 2 hours before we fly back to Sandakan.

This is actually the first time Aaron (a.k.a Tunsina) saw a wave. He was actually mesmerized with it. He didn't even bother the ice-cream which at first caught his attention.

Ice-cream anyone?

How come mine was empty?

Wow, what's that??? Is that the wave??

'Mama', forget bout' the ice-cream. Let's look at the wave!!!

Muahhhh....

I'm EXTREMELY impress! SERIOUSLY!!!!!

I was blog-walking randomly a couple of minutes ago and goshhhhh... I am truly impressed with most of the blog that I'd 'trespassed'. You guys ladies can actually talk "anything about everything"!! Some are Short but Sweet.... funny... informative and bla bla bla... but most of all, it's all colorful, 'cute' and up-to date!! Seriously, I'm quite embarrass with my so called 'blog'...

It's not that I don't have anything to share, it just that I'm too busy with ermmmm 'stuff' & I ACTUALLY FORGOT MY PASSWORD and I don't even think of reset it until this week (thanks to Hari Raya Holiday).

Now, I'm not so sure of which stories I should post first. Everything seem to come together at one time. Will figure it out later..

Anyway, would like to Wish all the Moslems a very Happy Hari Raya & Happy Independent Day dear Malaysian.

P/s: Good Night....

From My Little Kitchen With Love. (Part 3)

I NEVER BAKE BEFORE.

When hubby bought me an Oven, it's doesn't come for FREE. In fact, he challenged me to bake (even though he knew that NEVER in my 29 years old life did I EVER bake cakes nor cookies). Being ME, someone who hate being challenge, I started to watched baking videos from youtube. Gather all recipes that 'LOOK NICE' and downloaded videos on baking.

Well, it was so scary at first. The pressure of wanting to be so called 'SUCCESS ON FIRST ATTEMPT' and the stressed of wanting to 'IMPRESS'. Buy heyyyyy..... I DID IT, my very first attempt baking Chocolate cakes was indeed a BIG (for me) success and most of all, HE IMPRESSED!!

However,
My second attempt was a DISASTER. This time, I tried to baked cupcakes.. From out of 18 cupcakes, only 2 'SURVIVED', the rest became 'VOLCANOES' (those who bakes knows exactly what I'm talking about.) I have to admit that at that moment, I almost gave up especially when hubby keep on making fun and laugh after he saw the outcome! Well, I did stop baking for a while (almost 2 weeks).

Luckily,
After the cupcakes TRAGEDY, I managed to baked  again. This time.... Everything was fine..

So, these are my cakes & cupcakes......

My First attempt Chocolate Moist Cake.

Chocolate Moist Cake with Cream Cheese Topping (1st attempt)

The Only Survived Chocolate Cupcake (2nd Attempt)

Butter Cake with Cream Cheese Topping (3rd Attempt)

Chocolate Cake With Cadbury's White Chocolate (4th attempt)

Almost Cheese Cake for Hubby. (5th Attempt)

Cotton Cheese Cake (6th Attempt)

BlueBerry + Chocolate Chips Muffin (7th Attempt)

So, after the 7th attempt, I STOP for a while. It's not because I'd finally succeed with the challenge, it just that 'I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF CAKES'. How ironic, isn't it?
